Cupanion Swivel FAQ

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 

We want your Cupanion Swivel to last a lifetime. Follow these care instructions to keep it looking great:

  • Wash before first use

  • Dishwasher safe (we recommend placing your cap in your cutlery basket to ensure it does not fall through the rack and melt on the heating element)

  • Avoid bleach or chlorine-based cleaners, as they may damage the material

  • Do not put Stainless Steel products in the freezer

  • Do not put Stainless Steel products in the microwave


Do I need to wash my Cupanion Swivel before first use?

We recommend washing the bottle before first use.

Cupanion Swivel bottles are washed during production using ultrasonic cleaning. As with most stainless steel reusable drinkware, washing before first use is standard best practice.

This recommendation is:

  • Included on the insert inside the bottle

  • Available in the app under You > Reusables > Care Instructions

What’s not covered:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.

  • Lost or stolen products.

  • Normal wear and tear expected over the course of regular use.

How to submit a claim:

  1. Email us at support@fillitforward.com with the subject line “Friends for Life”.

  2. Tell us which part or product is defective—photos are very helpful.

  3. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, ship the replacement part or product to you.
