As Fill it Forward reusable products are food storage items, we only accept returns of unused items.
To request a return, your product must include the official receipt or invoice. If Fill it Forward products are purchased online they may only be returned to our distribution warehouses. If you would like to return a Fill it Forward product that was not purchased online, it must be returned to the original seller.
We will refund items that have been unused and are in re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returns outside of 30 days may be accepted at the discretion of Fill it Forward and may only be exchanged for an alternative product unless found faulty.
To be considered re-saleable, the Fill it Forward product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original packaging;
- It must be returned with its original instruction sheet;
- The Fill it Forward Sticker must be returned; and
- The product is unused
Please note: We currently do not offer store credit.
