Stainless Steel Product Care

We want your stainless steel products to last a lifetime. Follow these care instructions to keep it looking great:

  1. Prior to use, hand wash all parts with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing
  2. To clean, hand wash bottle, lid, and infuser
  3. Please do not use bleach or chlorine cleaners on the product
  4. Do not put stainless steel products in the freezer
  5. Do not put stainless steel products in the microwave
  6. Single-walled stainless steel products are recommended for cold beverages only
  7. Double-walled stainless steel products are recommended for hot and cold beverages
