How can I see my personal footprint metrics?
To see your personal footprint metrics, go to the “Footprint” tab of the Fill it Forward app and zoom in on the map. You will see your personal footprint metrics as you navigate toward different areas on the map.
Can the Fill it Forward App be used without a mobile device?
Currently, the Fill it Forward app is supported on Android and iOS devices, so you need a mobile phone or tablet device in order to use the app.
Is the Fill it Forward App free to download?
Yes, the Fill it Forward app is free to download on Android and iOS. In order to use the Fill it Forward app, you need a Fill it Forward Bottle or Sticker to affix to a reusable you already own. Both can be purchased on our online store.

How do I customize my profile?
To customize your profile, go to “Profile” under the “You” tab, and click “Edit” in the top right corner to add your screen name, country, profile picture, background picture, and why you reuse.
How do I change the size of my water bottle?
Go to the “You” tab of the Fill it Forward app and click “Reusables”. Select your reusable and click “Edit” in the top right corner to change the size of your water bottle.
