How are the environmental footprint metrics calculated?
Our environmental metrics are based on the production and distribution of the single-use item you are diverting. Environmental metrics within the app come from a third-party auditor, WSP.
Is there a scan limit?
We love when you reuse! However, typically there is a 15-minute scan cool-down period, which means you have to wait 15 minutes before you can scan your Fill it Forward QR Code again. We also have a daily scan limit of 20 scans per user.
