What if a student dropped off the container, but the return didn’t register?
If a student forgets to scan their container upon return, the next time it is borrowed, the credit will automatically return to the student.
The student can also submit a ticket by navigating to the "Help" section under the “You” tab of the Fill it Forward app to contact our support team or ask a program administrator to manually return the container via the member portal.
